Richard Hodgin

M.A., LPC

 

Richard was called into the counseling ministry in 1983 and returned to Houston Baptist University and completed his undergraduate (Psychology and Christianity) and graduate degrees (Clinical Psychology). He is a transplant from the business world yet, after becoming a Christian in 1978 it was evident that the Holy Spirit had other plans for him. He has resided in Houston for 24 years.

Richard’s counseling ministry focuses on, but is not limited to: severe psychosis and trauma resolution; marital conflict resolution; parenting and child difficulties; loss and grief situations; depressive disorders; If requested it is Richard’s desire to provide individuals and families with professional mental health direction from a biblically based philosophy.
