George S. Thompson

George Thompson is a seasoned Christian counselor who has been involved in Christian Counseling over the last thirty years. He specializes in Christian marriage and family counseling although he is adept in individual counseling as well. Mr. Thompson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.

He is a frequent seminar and lecture speaker throughout Houston. Mr. Thompson is heard on KHCB (Christian radio station at 105.7 FM) every Saturday at 6:15pm and is a periodic guest on Vital Issues in the Christian Home on the same station.

Mr. Thompson was one of the first Christian Counselors to recognize the need for counseling by integrating Biblical principles into the everyday Christian counseling process. He continues to utilize this Bible perspective into the healing process of counseling.

Mr. Thompson is one of the three founders of Christian Counselors of Houston after having his own practice, Christian Counselors of West Houston, for the last several years.
